This budget-friendly hotel had a cozy room with comfortable beds, a good breakfast with plenty of options, and friendly staff. The room was small for a family and the bathroom had some maintenance issues. The location was great, but the pool had some cleanliness concerns during our stay.

Everything there were great, including well-kept facilities. Freshly made food served, like bread, cereals, yoghourt, fresh fruit, and eggs. The hotel of choice in Amherst.

We were given an accessible room which made it very comfortable. We visit our Son and family 5 or 6 times a year so the Sleep Inn has been our favourite spot to stay.

We liked the pleasantness of the staff, the facilities and the standard of breakfast served.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The included breakfast was amazing.
We all found the beds and towels a bit small. A double bed should sleep two easily, but we thought they were too small for two normal size people, so keep that in mind. The towels would barely wrap around the thinnest person in our group, and didn't cover the bum, so if you're used to big luxurious towels, bring your own.

The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and had a good variety of food.
The bathroom only had a shower. Nothing we read indicated the room would not have a bathtub.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, enjoyed the complimentry breakfast, appreciated the paper in the morning. it was easy to control room temperature to a comfortable level. Staff were wonderful.
The design of the room did not allow 1 guest to wash up and get ready at the sink without the light disturbing another guest from continuing to sleep. the wll between those 2 areas needs to be longer,Not a fan of the sliding bathroom door knowing that it has been opened repeatedly by un washed hands because the sink is not in the bathroom. I'm a nurse so maybe I obsess. Also mwish the pool and hot tub were open later than 10. After a long day shopping and out to a late supper we only got back to the hotel at 930.
